    Really haven't tried. I get the impression the actual timeframe is on Toyota not Ganley. That being said I know for a fact Ganley knows more than they are saying. My wife just bought a 4Runner at Ganley in September and she got the same run around. First hers was coming from a dealer trade in PA then it was on a boat from Japan. Two moths later the 4Runner was delivered from the dealer trade in PA which was like a three hour drive. They just don't care once a deposit is received. Being I have a fixed price for my Silverado trade in I enjoyed beating on my truck this week. Smoked cigars on the way to pheasant hunt then intentionally didn't protect the back seat with wet dogs in the back. Also just failed e check...not a chance I am fixing that.

    Im in the same boat got a price lock on my silverado for the one i ordered until date of delivery. lets just say im driving it like a rental haha

    I was told tonneau wasn't available for long bed. I don't think I've seen one either, might be true.

    The dealer did not show me the invoice sheet. I got a price before tax/title/fees. I have an MSRP/Invoice spreadsheet that I have been using to negotiate deals. I back calculated the price they gave me to the build/options and it works out to be $0 over invoice. They charge $689 doc fee. Out the door with 7545 with all weather mats, tow package, chrome exhaust tip I am at $33240 (tax/title/plate/doc fee).

    Go on their website and check out the discounts they are showing on in stock trucks. They don't have an addendum up charge either! Lifetime warranty and door edge and door cup guards included as well.

    I have a price lock on my FJ as well... I'm like you ... I do understand it is Toyota however they are not giving me ANY information... They must have done something in the past 7 weeks. I just emailed their sales manager today letting him know I need some sort of update other than "I will advise"... :frusty:

    First post, so it may be dumb. My dealer had stated they have 1 allocation for the truck I want (DCLB OR) no color or options picked. He is setting me up in the next few days to pick all my options. Wondering with this type situation, will my order be quicker than ordering from scratch because of the allocation.

    Yes, if Toyota accepts what you want. Toyota has told them that they are getting a DCLB OR so they will be getting one, just depends on the build.

    If you ORDER only form a dealer who does not have an allocation, they have to sit on the order until they get the model number in allocation from Toyota

    I just got mine. LOVE IT. Magnetic 4x2 TRD Sport Crew, short bed. I "ordered" rather put a $500 deposit down on it 10/23 - it came in about 2 weeks earlier than expected, I flipped and couldn't get to this out of the way dealer fast enough. I picked up on Black Friday. Dealers in SoCal were telling me people are paying $10k+ over invoice to get them. They're sold before they hit the trucks, in my case... before it was built by at least a month.

    Where was yours made Tx or Mx plant ?
    I'm still trying to gauge a timeline for mine which was supposed to have been built on 11/17 in Mx.

    The TRD OR is built in both Tx & Mx. You can tell by the vin's first number, 5 is from Tx and 3 from Mx
