    100% it's the lack of castor, you need more then that, expecially with off road tires that like to wander around more then street tires

    Sent TC a request for a price on a heimed +2 kit minus steering extenders and brake lines. Will eventually have to bite the bullet and get rid of this AP kit.

    I have 4.5° driver side and 5° and on passenger side, no wandering for me. Even when towing the crawler.

    Might want to check the spindles to see if they are bent. I had to replace a set that were bent that had the gussets. Do you have aftermarket alignment the cam gussets or do you still have the OEM version, which may be flared out and not allowing for castor past 2°. I've had my AP kit now for many years and never had an issue.

    Spindles look good. This is set #3. This set hasn't had any "full retard" moments applied to it.

    TC alignment cam gussets are in place. I have the front alignment cams all the way in-board right now and the rear alignment cams all the way out in an attempt to max out caster.

    I don't want to replace the AP kit. Wanting to be done with sinking money into the truck and just want to enjoy it for what it is; but the ice covered roads up here a truck that wanders is a recipe for disaster.

    Fixed the canted steering wheel. Steering rack shifted. Not sure how, as the bolts were pretty tight, but I loosened them up, shifted the rack back over, and cranked down on them.

    Sorry for the stupid question... But why is there two different length shackles for the first gen for spring under. Is it just for different mounting points or is there more to it?

    Over the frame pivot vs through the frame.

    You mean 9" or 12"?? 9" usually through the frame and 12" is over

    I'm pretty sure I asked you this but did you tune your truck? Do you have a afr gauge?

    :facepalm::facepalm:

    Yes and no. Me and my uncle played with the tune that was in there when I got the truck. Changed very little. Runs a little high with air compared to my fuel intake in the motor. And we also put his tune in my truck. It was a slug. So put mine back in. But I'm not sure if I'm looking at the same as you because my numbers were 9's and my uncles were 10's I think. But yours are 1's. But my uncles truck was tuned by split second. Which my truck will go to after I get my rear suspension done. But truck stills hauls a$$. Afr gauge no :facepalm: looking into one. Just trying to find a spot to mount in my truck. Since I have two gauges already.
