    Yeah i might shell out the extra cash this year fro Grandstand 1. I stayed at the Sandman hotel last year too, while nice it was on the other side of the St. Lawerence, which has absolutely nothing to do besides get lost riding the metro into downtown drunk.

    Posturing from Bernie, the usual. Trying to wrestle back power from the engine suppliers that he signed away years ago to them. I am intrigued by the idea since we pretty much a 2-tiered system now with teams running old spec engines that are more costly that the 3rd party ones. I just dont see logistically how it would work though. I was completely underwhelmed by the noise this year considering the Ferrari Challenge cars sounded better than the F1 cars minus the weird sound the McHonda had for the few laps they lasted in Montreal this year.

    We usually stay at Ruby Foo's , its about a block from the Namur Metro station and then a 15 minute ride to town

    Looks like the only events scheduled for COTA on their website next year is MOTOGP in April and X games in June. No WEC or F1 although it's on the FIAWEC calendar.

    The last one I tried was Gran Turismo 5 for PS3. It wasn't easy but wasn't purely designed for F1.
