Look on the back of the headlight assemblies and you'll see what appears to be a silver bolt with the head pointing in the direction of the firewall in the engine compartment. You will notice a round hole above this bolt and if you look in, you'll see some teeth that will engage a average sized Philips screwdriver. You insert the screwdriver in there and turn the adjuster to raise or lower the headlights. Back away from a fixed wall about 30 feet or so, cover one headlight with a towel and turn the adjuster a turn or two to get an understanding of which direction raises the light and which lowers it. I honestly can't remember, but once you figure one out, they both adjust the same direction. I had to lower them quite a bit from the stock halogen setting. If you park on level ground and can aim at a wall, you can line up the cutoffs pretty easily.

At what height are you guys adjusting your fog lights for best result?

My low beans are still at stock height, I didn't touch that adjustment
Are you guys lining up your fogs with your low beams?
Also has anyone compared the fog lights?
Is one brighter than the other and display quite a different light pattern?
I'm thinking my right fog isn't seated well but I'll re check them tomorrow.
Maybe I don't have enough room to really spread out the lights in open space to get a wide spread light comparison.

Fogs should shine low and wide! I adjusted my low beams down a bit due to my lift. the Morimoto Fogs I installed did require adjustment out of the box.

I've had my hid low beams and led fogs installed for a few weeks now. I cancelled the led high beam part of my order after hearing that they were pretty dim. The hid bulbs installed nice and tight and I've not had any of the reported movement at all. They are bright and really cut through the night! I've only been flashed by an oncoming driver once so the projectors are doing a great job. The hids have totally cured my 57yr old, age related night blindness. The fogs on the other hand seem to have been a bit of a waste of money...they barely make any difference at all. I've carefully wrapped up my original halogen bulbs and stowed them away in the truck in case I have trouble with the hids on the road.

I know someone used existing ground screws in the engine bay... I was thinking about going that route. I guess the hole needs to be a tad bigger tho. I haven't opened up my box yet thanks to the lovely Alaskan winter here... Patiently waiting for some sun.

I had this entire kit installed, but had to remove the HID portion due to, I think, a bad HD relay (replacement parts already on the way from TRS :)). Some of the other parts got removed while I wait for the replacement parts. I can add more pics when I reinstall them if needed.

I zip tied the high beam canbus' near the top of the radiator, they're nice and snug:

The HID kits ballasts got attached using some bent stud brackets mounted to screw holes/holes that were already on either side of the radiator (arrows to the mount points, ballasts attached to the stud brackets):

There was a screw near the battery, opposite the driver side quarter panel. That's where I attached the HD Relay.

I forgot to mention, there was some drilling required to add/enlarge holes on some of the bracket pieces (including the mount hole of the HD Relay). Past that the install was pretty straight forward.

I mounted the ballasts next to the radiator on each side. I mounted the relays on the battery hold down. I just drilled out the hole slightly, removed the nut holding down the battery, bent the bracket on the relays 90 degrees, and then bolted everything back down. It looks 100% factory in that location.

Installed my highs and fogs yesterday, ran out of time so couldn't get the headlights in! Although I left them in the truck so I may take an extended lunch break and get it done.

Much better light from what I installed already. Also did LEDs inside and the plate lights, looks way better - now my kids won't bitch about the inability to see their seatbelt when trying to buckle up in their booster seats!!

well finally got my truck back from the dealer with the hood fix, tried the turn signal bulbs, they don't work at all nor do they actually fit the socket snugly, there's no lip at the bottom of the bulb for the socket to grab on to which means they would fall out on a bump very easily...requested refund.

Haven't had time to deal with the HID nor fogs yet, hopefully those work
