    I got my icons extended travels cranked to 2" and 1.75" thread showing and only gave me 2 inches of lift. Icon doesn't suggest going higher then 1.75 inches of thread showing so that's a little disappointing.

    I did have to change them. 90021 shocks in front and 60091 shock for the rears.

    went with the Procomp 3" lift and 285/70/17 BFG KM2 on Procomp rims. no rubbing except the airdam that i was going to take off anyways

    Guess that's only an 1 to 2 inch of lift then for icon extended travels at their maximum suggested ride height. Pretty lame.

    i believe its 1.5" in the rear. it is a little stiffer than stock but not too noticeable

    Hi Guys, I am planning on having the KING OEM (with adjustable remote reservoirs) lift series installed on my 2016 Tacoma.

    When I spoke with KING, they said this is a bolt on lift kit that will level the truck and increase the height by about 3". I asked if installing the TC UCAs were a good idea and he said yes, that will help improve the ride quality. He said they did not recommend adding a leaf or anything to the rear of the truck. He said that you don't need to do anything with the brake lines or install any other parts, which I am not sure is true.

    Does anyone know from past experience, are there any other parts that are necessary with the KING OEM lift? Do I need?:

    Not to bust on folks but 5100's set to .85 gives no driveline problems. Set to 1.75 and a adl looks a great and ride is nice. Another inch or two does really nothing more offroad. Anymore youe buying parts to look good on pavement. These trucks are good little trail rigs even stock with a good set of tires. Out perform most. Rock crawling is another story. By a jeep unless your willing to Bob the tail a ft.just my 2 cents.

    I haven't installed this kit, but have done a bit of research on it because I've been debating this or an Icon S4 route in the future. Up front King shocks will give you up to 3" of lift in their adjustability, but you won't want to go that high without raising the rear. King shocks alone in the rear will not provide you any lift, they will only allow lift. The only way to achieve lift out back is AAL, new leaf pack or the budget block. If you don't do anything besides replace the shocks in the rear I'd only bring the front up 1-1.5" to provide a nice even stance. No extended brake lines will be needed in that case. UCAs are always a good idea anytime you lift for alignment adjustability, but not absolutely necessary with a leveling lift up front. I'm currently running 5100s all around set at 1.75 up front. SPC UCAs are being installed in Jan to provide more camber/caster adjustablity.

    Bilstein 5100s all around, Toyo All Terrain AT II 285/70/17, Custom Car Grill, front windows tinted at 35%, door still protectors, bed Matt, tail gate lettering, center console organizer and detailed with Adam's Polishes products
    I have the 5100 and have been waiting on getting them installed because I don't know if I should do the .85 or the 1.75 setting. If I do the 1.75 would you recommend a block or aal? 2wd TRD Sport. Very light off road driving. Just actually dirt roads. Thanks

    Can't wait to see how your truck turns out with this set up. The SR factory alloys are my favorite of all the sets this year and should look damn good with some 265/75s!
