Really wish there was a "value of" thread. That way we all knew what our stock parts are worth and those buying can get a fair price.

Anyway, I have a 2015 front bumper that I'd like to sell and not sure what it's worth. I would include the crash bar and my Led fog lights. I'm upgrading to a plate bumper and obviously don't want all this stuff Laying around my garage. So the big question is, WHATS THIS WORTH?????

And please don't say "depends on the person," I get that.

Ive seen the crash bar go for $100 for just that. And the cover depending on the condition another $100. Craigslist will be your best bet locally...

A brand new certified crash bar that's NOT OEM, can be had for around $80.00. A used crash bar from an individual online I think you'd be lucky to get $25.00

Check Rock auto or ebay for bumper prices. Bumpers (unpainted) are relatively cheap because they are plastic. Maybe 100-200 dollars for your used, color-matched bumper without shipping.

I recently got in a small fender bender and wasn't going to replace my front end pieces until I saw how cheap new bodywork can be had for. I recently picked up a brand new, CAPA certified, unpainted front bumper from rock auto for $48 + shipping. Crash bar I got off another website for ~ $70 brand new.

So OEM painted $200 would be fair then? I mean if you factor in paint and body at a shop for just the bumper. Then OEM crash bar at $100. My stuff isn't brand new, but Iits off a 2015 with 14k

Yeah, the painted part is what is nice about yours. 200 bucks sounds very fair to me. If you're really trying to get it out of the garage to free up space or whatever I'd just throw the crash bar in for free to sweeten the $200.00 price tag. That's just me though. You might be able to find someone around here that's doing a 2012+ face lift to their 2005-2011 tacoma and would pay a little for the crash bar. Either way list 'em and see what happens. Your prices are good.

    Honestly, I'd keep it.

If you decide to sell / trade / crash the truck, you won't get nearly what you paid for the plate bumper back. If you can swap on the OEM bumper, you'll be able to sell the plate bumper separately. I kept my stock bumper just for that reason.

Just my $0.02 on the matter.

Ill be able to get what I paid for the bumper out of it if something happens. I got too good of a smoking deal on it to lose money..

I love your truck by the way. The first time I saw Marty's Toyota on that trailer, I thought that was the coolest truck ever. Not sure if that's the theme you were going with, but that's what I got out of it.

The user name isn't unintentional. I paid out the teeth for the bar when I first got it, but I had to have it. I've got a pair of Statler Toyota plate frames I still have to put on.
