even though they are single when they buy it, they THINK one day they will have a wife and kids?

That would be awfully presumptuous of your "game", but forward thinking just the same...

Nah I'm single and bought a double can cause whenever I go camping or fishing or anything really I go with friends so it's nicer to have the cab room
Also I just like the look of the double cabs in 2nd gens vs single or access

Ive driven crewcab trucks since I was 22. Growing up dad had regular and extended cab trucks, and I just found them to tight, and hard to transport stuff.

I also am usually the driver in my group of friends so having more seats helps.

Makes no sense there are tons of people who have a single/extended cab and are married or have kids. I purchase a vehicle based on my needs at the time of purchase.

What if the most ideal and beautiful woman sees a handsome single man driving a double cab Tacoma and thinks "That guy probably spends way too much time thinking and no time enjoying his life in the moment" then she sees a guy like me in a access cab with my dog in the front seat and she thinks "that guy is cute and likes dogs".

I've been driving crew cabs since I was 21!
On the other hand I'm only 22 now...

I'm neither married nor have kids. When my S10's engine took a dump I needed to get a replacement truck. I thought about another used little truck but decided on the DCSB Taco. Not because of any potential future family but because I wanted a vehicle that could comfortably carry more than 2 people (my Camaro can hold 4 but it is not comfortable in the back).

Do you have another passenger vehicle? If so then maybe it's not an issue.

But what if she sees me and my dog in my crewcab, and says "that guy is cute and likes dogs, and has room for me!"

Women worth marrying dont choose men based upon the body of Tacoma they own. Proven fact.

In my 34 years I haven't dated a woman that based her interest in me upon the vehicle I drove.

I would put that into consideration when buying a new truck though. Why would I want to spend lots of money to build up an access cab and fall in love with it when knowing there is a possibility that I would have to sell it to get a 4 door? Why not buy a 4 door at first and build that up and won't have to sell it.

Have wife and dog. No kids. I have a double cab. No one ever in the back seat. Great place to put stuff dry and secure.
A luxury for us old guys who been driving pickups since there was only reg cabs.
