Whoever wrote that invoice up doens't know what the eff they are doing. When adding up the invoice prices, the Holdback and Reserve lines should be TAKEN AWAY from the invoice because the dealer will be getting those sometime after the truck sells! Adding them to the invoice is stupid, they mean nothing to you as positive numbers.

Maybe you need to go back to that person (looks like a ladies handwriting) and ask them what the hell they were adding up. I'm guessing a decent number cruncher will tell you MSRP. I hope you can get that deal though, because it's a fair price

Wait, what? Let's just say the MSRP is correct, what should the invoice price be?

Right now, they have paid, or a financier has paid,
    30237
    03147
    00198
    01028
    00950
    =35560

Near the end of the quarter, they will get their holdback and reserves back...
    -748
    -019.5
    -375
=34417 this is what they will END UP paying after they sell the truck and after they get their money back.

that is money they will get back if they sell the truck!! This is a way Toyota or the distributor helps them hide money from you. Toyota or the distributor will play with the money for the quarter and then pay it back at the end of the quarter.

They should not be adding those numbers to the invoice as your price. You should start working at the 35560 number and ask them how much money they want to make on top of that, unless you want to cut into the money they will be getting back later! Usually they won't even talk to you about holdback. They'll smile and say no.

Looks like your pricing is inline with what I am looking at. Look at the price I am working with right now and compare your numbers with mine.

Your price is much lower since the difference between your MSRP and Invoice is $3,648. My difference is $1,843. And they added the holdbacks and reserve to my invoice price, but even after adding those, my invoice pricing would be $2,986 below the MSRP.
So it seems like you're getting a hell of deal! Not to mention you only pay $300 in taxes while I will end up paying about $2,300

I got a offer of of $32, 891, with a total out the door price of $34,004 including taxes, title, destination and all fees for a 2016 TRD offroad 4x4 DCSB model 7544 with towing package and tonuea cover and that would also include free oil changes for life. Is there any room for getting this offer any lower?

    Too many to list...
I'm in DC, purchasing from a Koons dealer in northern Virginia.
Ordered and waiting for a TRD Sport 4x4 V6 DCSB AT in BBP.
    Base = $33,730
    Prem. & Tech = $2,360
    Tonneau = $650
    V6 Tow = $650
    All Weather matts/sills = $218
Total MSRP $37,608 ($42,460 incl. all taxes, tags, title, freight, fees)
Quoted $35,897. ($40,700 incl. all taxes, tags, title, freight, fees)
Taxes in DC are terrible @ 8% for veh. over 5k lbs... That's $3,006 in taxes + $900 frieght + $599 Va processing fee + $300 DC tags, title, etc. = $40,700 otd.
What can you do... I ordered a new TRD sport to get exactly what I wanted, and I live where I live. At least the quoted price is a pretty good deal ($1,711 off MSRP). I played two dealers against eachother for a few rounds, Koons did the best and the guy I am dealing with there has been great. This price also includes oil changes, fluid fills, inspections, nitrogen tire fills, etc. for at least the duration of the warranty. Inspections and tire fills for as long as I own it. I do most of my own work on my cars/bikes at home, but it's nice to have in winter or whenever needed.

Told I have a build date of 12/16, delivery week of 12/28... soon... :mudding:

(Sold my slightly modded 2008 Acura TL-S 6spd to get this bad boy. First truck and can't wait.)

Yeah, over here in California, You're lucky if you can get $500 off sticker price. First orders were at Invoice, but the market is now changed.

I tried Anderson Toyota when I was sending out my initial Emails. They were sending me MSRP. Florence sent Invoice, Sparks did $500 over invoice (all including doc fees)

I was not aware Anderson did price matching until I brought in the invoice from another dealership to them. They quoted me msrp too when i emailed them the first time. But that all changed once i showed them the offer i had.

How did you manage that? 24000? I'm guessing you mean 32000 for the new truck and they gave you 8000 for your old truck. There's no way you got an off road for 24000

Very nice. Mind posting up window sticker and some paperwork with the final prices on it so we can really look through the price you got and compare it to others? Did you get crawl control, etc?

What was MSRP? FREE OIL CHANGES FOR LIFE?? You're joking right? Window sticker? Pricing worksheet? Dealer offer written on a napkin?
