    I got my double cab long bed cause I didn't want to encounter a situation where I needed a backseat for friends/family/items and had no place for them. Better safe than sorry.

    I bought a double cab because I like to carry stuff in the back seat and like the easy access that the rear doors provide. As an option, I have room for more passengers as well.

    Single cab and access cab mean 'forever alonnnnnnne'. DC means you have friends, or at least others who want to ride with you.

    I have personally never liked the look of any Doublecab Trucks, the Access Cab fits me just fine.

    I bought a double cab for the sole purpose of bumping nasties in the back seat.

    Before I got my double cab, I had a 2 door coupe with "seats" in the back and it was a pain in the butt to keep folding and unfolding my seat to let someone climb into the back

    If you're going to have rear seats, you need rear doors. :thumbsup:

    All the time!!!
    When I took my wife to look at the access cab taco that I was going to get. When she saw it she said you are going to get the double cab, she thought they were prettier! I said well I'm getting the access cab!, but we could go home and get her Chevy Impala and she could get the double cab if that's what she wanted! Needless to say I Love my access cab, never have been able to handle the look of the double cabs. But to each his own, beauty is in the eyes of the beholder!

    Naw, I ordered and bought mine brand spanking new when I was single... still single... but when it happens, god bless her, I get my truck and she gets a minivan :) besides, within 1 hour of the time it was unloaded from the truck, the baby seat mounts and all the other crap behind and underneath the back seats were taking off by a grinder and smoothed out to make room for equipment! :)

    I sold my 2013 access cab TRD Off Road 4x4 after 2 years swearing I didn't need the DC...:cool: Although the access cabs are potentially better looking IMO.. I'll be getting the same truck in a DC in 3-4 weeks to accommodate an infant car seat:). If you have game you should be able to get ladies while driving a Yugo, right!?

    Well, the original reason is because i HATE people dragging their god damned feet along the back of my seat.... But it is a Tacoma, and causality struck, Tacoma in October, baby on the way in May of 2014.... So ya, i guess i bought it 'just because'

    I was actually thinking that I should have gotten a double cab because of that very reason!

    But I am currently 24, still in school, and single.

    Guess what I ended up with?

    A 2010 Regular Cab!! :yay::taco:

    Tacoma's have good resell value, I ain't worried.

    In the muhfuckin BACK, BITCH!

    Please don't tell my wife those words came out of my mouth. She's my angel and I love her and she's nice to me most of the time and she even lets me go play when I'm good and I like to play and I need to play and I think I'm a Labrador now.
