    Hey guys!
I am in the market for a new set of wheels and I am having trouble deciding what to get. Does anybody have any recommendations? I have a 2013 black double cab trd sport. I was looking into Fuel boosts but not sure how they would look with street tires and on a Tacoma in general. I attached a pic of them

I thought about those before picking mine. It seems that most of the people on here like Fuel, Method and SCS for wheels. They all make similar designs, but it depends on what you personally like. I think any of them look good on our trucks, but ultimately it's yours and your opportunity to make it your own. If anything, take a look at some build threads for ideas or even the TW Instagram page. You're bound to see something you like. I'd say narrow it down to 3 different sets and then look a t price and availability, but don't settle on something just because "that's what they had".

On a side note- I love the way my truck looks with my wheels, I picked them before I had seen another Taco with them out in the wild. But the more Tacomas I see with the same setup makes me feel like a lemming...

Not on me, but they are Method Standards in 17x8.5 with 0 offset (perfect size and backspacing IMO)... Google can help you find a picture (most will be from TW).

Not sure how I feel about the methods. Do you think the fuel boosts will look weird on street tires?(Michelin ltx ms2)

Like I said, man: your truck, your flavor. I've seen people do some way weirder shit to their cars in the name of "customization", than get hung up on wheel choices. Just please don't put 100 spoke deep-dish Daytons with knockoffs wrapped in skinny whitewalls. I think you'll be fine with what you got picked out. They're good looking wheels.

I have the same wheels on my truck with Toyo MT's and I like them.

I don't think you can go wrong with rims that are predominantly black on these trucks... I've plasti-dipped stock steelies and then put on cheap black bullet rims and they all look great to me... I think the larger size you go is when it starts looking 'mall crawler' or jenky but like what has been said its your truck/your taste. on a side note I think those fuels do look good

Edit: also the more rubber you have between the rim and the road looks great even with street tires IMO

Finally got my 24th missing lug nut put on my Method's NVs. It came in the mail yesterday.

Having run the Methods a full week now I can say I'm really digging them!

Even though they were road force balanced I have noticed a slight steering wheel wobble on the interstate. Wasn't there before. Truck drives straight though! As much as our rutted/sloped Montana roads allow.

The truck looks 50 times better with the NVs though. Night and day.

They are 17x9 with 4.5" back spacing. Right now I am running Michelin ms2's that are 265/65/17 but in the future I will get 265/70/17. Not sure when exactly
