Staff Update 12/10/17: Buyers have been unable to get ahold of the seller, @jeffz0rz. Do not place any orders with him until further notice.

What we have here is a frame box plate kit that is made from 10 gauge cold rolled steel, they are CNC cut to be welded inside your factory rear frame to help battle frame twist for the weekend warrior all the way to the hard Trail Runner. These plates go from your gas tank cross remember, rear to the very end of your frame section.

There two styles available. The solid plate that allows for 100% welding top and bottom, as well as the open style to allow stitch welding and the ability to clean out the grit and grime from inside your frame rails after a long weekend of romping through the trails.

both styles require cutting and grinding for installation. Your rear spare tire carrier crossmember must either be replaced with a fabricated cross-member, or modified to allow the frame plates to be installed easily.

pictured below is the frame plates installed prior to welding. As you can see it is a nice fit that allows you a clean flat surface to mount any accessories needed.

Here is a custom install on a recent build of mine. This particular customer had a bolt on rear high clearance plate bumper that required access to reach a bolt on either side of the frame. Also pictured with a aftermarket tube crossmember.

Pictures of the second option with the relief holes cut will be posted in the next couple days. Normal price on these shipped anywhere in the continental US is $120. Group by price will be $100 for a set shipped anywhere in the continental US. This round of plates will end January 10th. Shipping to Alaska, Canada, and Hawaii can be arranged as well. Feel free to message me, or post any questions in this thread that you might have. I'm always available. Once the first 10 sets are paid for, they will all be shipped that following Friday. USPS from Southern California to the Midwest is 3 - 5 days, east coast is 5 - 7 days. paypal billing info is jeffz0rz321@yahoo.com, please message me prior to sending payment.

Sounds good! I will get in line for one of these as long as it is not too long for the 10 sets to be requested......

It's came a very long way since the DB. A lot of goodies in that build. Has he hit the 40 miles of whoops in Baja yet?

You can PM me and I can give you a quote to install these, and either modify, or build you a new rear crossmember.

I'm a fan of your quick turnaround on the spindle gussets. I've installed a few sets of yours on customers trucks and they always came out fantastic.

Thanks, I checked out Jason's truck a few weeks back and it looked great. I'm definitely in for a set. I'll contact you this weekend when I get back into town to place an order
