I rarely even go in their stores anymore honestly

I think they've gotten too big too fast and their customer service has plummeted

I have never received anything that was not great quality and performed extremely well,But as JB says they really need to step it up in the CS arena....I always expect it to take 2 months plus to get something.

I had a pretty nasty experience using their range...have not been back and will not go back

I still like visiting the store because I can put my hands on things and decide what I want to buy if I'm considering multiple parts, and if i need bulk ammo I go in while it's on sale

    Outside of that, meh...

Well, if anybody wants an AR, nows the time to get one. All my distributors are sold out of everything affordable and not CA models lol. Can't even order anything.

I've never ordered from them, but they grew just as fast as the AR platform did. Idk if they just have less employees than needed to keep their prices low, which could explain their slower shipping. Plus everybody knows life moves slower in the south haha

Decided to upgrade my cc to a smaller S&W 40 shield. Comparing my glock 23, which is obviously a tad larger. Shot about 250 rounds thru it last nite, took a bit to get use to, being only a 3" barrel, but over all a really nice gun.

I love my Shield9. Best trigger in a poly subcompact I've shot.

I have been thinking of both shields 9 and 40 as a carry gun but I like to have as many rounds as possible that is comfy to carry as I will pull the trigger till the slide locks back....I have shot both and they are fine guns somewhat snappy but accurate.....

    I carry one of 4 guns a Sig P229 M11A1 9mm,Kimber TLE .45,Glock 19 or a Glock 30 .45

I carry a G19 or my 5906 if I'm wearing a jacket, but I'm built wrong to conceal it without one. For me the Shield's a good compromise because it can fire full-snort +P's but I can still conceal it under a light layer like a shirt.

Nah, if he was a hipster he'd be using an old nickel-plated H&R revolver in .32.

I am actually looking at the Sig P938 nightmare very good shooter as a carry option as my brother wants to trade for my XDS 9mm since I now have 2 of them....

That's what I figured, but some think building an AR consists of buying an upper and lower and slapping the take down pins in.

I agree with have as many rounds as possible, that's the reason I started carrying the glock. Now I'm kinda up in the air which one I'll go with. I do need to shoot the shield a little more so I'm comfortable with it. After that, might just carry both.
