    the PSA marked parts do not specifically say FN, but I've confirmed thru multiple sources that FN makes their lowers, uppers, and most barrels

    The 499 guns do NOT have FN barrels, but still quality to get someone shooting...everything is upgradable

    you'll have snobs that say the freedom series is junk...but it's a great affordable way to get into an AR...then as you get shooting you can figure out what you want to replace and do it in stages

    People say that...I've got 3 (don't ask because I only need 2)

    Very few things left to do to any of them...as in 1 is complete and will not get anything else, 1 just needs a new scope, and 1 needs some small parts that I just havent gotten around to buying

    I've got $1200 in 1 and $900 in the other and I'd put them up against any mid to top tier rifle out there once I have time to dial in the sights

    1 Colt, 1 BCM, and 1 PSA
