    New to the thread. I hit a place in Santa Clarita, ca. An olympic lifting spot that also houses CrossFit a few times a day. I have a key so I basically get to workout at 11pm and have all this bitchin equipment to my self along with whatever music I want. Super fuckin legit.

    I think we all have them. I was doing squats on Monday and some kid was trying to tell me how I shouldn't go down so far...I didn't even feel like going heavy, but I threw 315 on there (heavy for me) and repped it a few times without breaking eye contact with him. If you're wearing fingerless gloves, there's a good chance I'm not going to listen to your "advice"

    I've seen big dudes that don't go all the way down. I know if you just want to focus on your quads you don't have to go atg but I just can't be seen doing half squats in public. I do that on the leg press :)

    i never go to the gym at night time, went there at 12 for the first time, the amount of fucktards and bros are ridiculous, no one can squat, no one puts back their weights and dumb bros curling 60s with their lil wayne blasting for everyone to see. I wanted to just bitch slap everybody in that gym last night lol
