If my unit had the clock there I would be pissed. This isn't 2003 anymore. Glad Toyota got rid of it. Although, I wish they would have put something useful there in its place.

I have an aftermarket head unit that has a clock. And like somebody else stated before, no matter what I do, I can't get them to keep the same time. So if I can find somebody that wants to swap, they are more than welcome to have it.

No just the style of it is old school. I have my clock on my HU so I wouldn't need two, plus it would drive me insane (like others) trying to sync them.

    The clock definitely is antiquated.

For what its worth I find WD-40 and a soft cloths works awesome on chrome. I used it on the chrome on my ole 04 Taco and it kept the rust away and removed the surface stuff nicely.

If you can't find someone to swap with, take yours apart, cut the wires, and buy a small Tacoma decal and you'll have your 2015 anti clock mod done.

I installed the Warm White LED Bed Light Kit by @mattgecko about a week and a half ago. The kit is super easy to install and the customer service was superb. Thanks Matt!

Put some of this stuff into the tank. STP Ultra 5-in-1. Have been having some issues with the engine starting. It runs fine, although sometimes struggles a little to turn over when starting. Weather does not seem to be a factor. Anyway, loaded the tank up with some additives and hopefully that will give a slight improvement. I think it's time for new spark plugs as well anyway..

Picked up a set of brand new TSB springs off of Craigslist to replace my tired old 3 leaf pack with 75k miles on it.

Be careful with that on plastic. I've seen them eat plastic.

Battery not providing Cold Cranking Amps anymore? Should have your battery tested.

Just a thought . . . . some small LEDS like this are eazy to work with and can be placed anywhere. In fact I did a OEM interior light install for my 2011 Outback and essentially I paid $75 for the same thing. Speaking of which, the same Outback does a really neat mount of a blue LED in the headliner behind a small slit in a plastic piece. It is always on at night and gives just enough lit to see in the cabin but not enough to be a pain in the ass.

Sorry, I should have chosen my words better. It still cranks fine. I've had battery issues on previous cars - it's not that the starter is struggling to turn, it's that the engine is struggling to actually fire up. What used to only take two or three cranks before firing up now takes five, six, or more.

Although I do want to upgrade the battery down the line as well!
