Strange...wondering if it's possible that the front has the loaded quick strut? I believe these add close to 2 inches in front.
Instead of installing a spacer block you could look into longer shackles.
I ordered the same springs from General and will be installing them next week along with a complete Rancho quick strut assembly.

I was going to do shackles until I researched and found out that they can require the tailpipe to be moved.

You should cut that right angle tailpipe anyways for more clearance and just have it dump over a little past the rear diff.

I got my 1.5" leveling blocks installed Sunday, it rides the same, I didn't have to cut the exhaust pipe, it was cheap and the truck finally sits like it should with its new General Leaf Springs.

I know this is a super-old thread (and centered around leaf springs, but I found some valuable information in it and figured I'd share.

I just installed a set of Moog 81088 "tall springs" on Bilstein 5100's set at the first notch (0.67"). Over the worn out Monroe strut/spring assemblies I gained 3" averaged on both sides. Definitely firmer (28% stiffer spring rate increase), but it wallowed like a 70's caddy before. I'm expecting settling, and when I add a plate steel bumper next summer, I'm guessing I'll see more like 2" of lift.

There is an amazing amount of information on this site!

Wait for it to settle. Then you'll get your actual height.
