    Here is mine. Bilstein 6112's in front 5160 in rear, with add a leaf. Got 2 3/4" in front 1 1/2 in back. SR8 wheels with 285/75/R16 KO2's. They rubbed pretty bad on cab mount and fender so got a CMC and fender trim tonight.

    The first one reduces the amount the coil can compress since its within the coil pack which reduces up travel and all that comes along with that e.g. hitting bumpstops, possibly breaking shocks.

    The second is an above coil small spacer and is designed to work in conjunction with the OME coils and springs which are in spec for full droop and up travel.

    Obviously both can have some negative affects on the front of our trucks including excessive wear on CVs, shocks, etc. but if given the option between the two, for longevity and ride quality, I'm not choosing an in coil spacer.

    Hey guys I am sorry if this is a dumb question, and I did do a search, but I'm just looking for a yes or no answer. I went to 4wheel parts today and ordered bilstein 5100 for front and rear. The 4wheel parts by me hasn't done a lift yet on the new 2016 Tacoma and didn't have part numbers for the shocks. Since I have been looking at all of the builds on this thread I new others had done this setup already so I went ahead and ordered the following part numbers. Can those that have added bilstein 5100's on their 2016 confirm this is correct. Front 24-23970 rear

    Good info to know. So, as far as excessive wear on the CV's, is that a definite for the OME? If the geometry and specs are still in line with the stock after install, Is the excessive wear of the CV's and shocks still a given? If so, and with light off roading (getting to hunting/fishing spots),about how many miles will you start having issues (roughly)? This seems to be up it the air a bit,and most ARB reps will tell you 'unless your adding a spacer and keep it around 2,it will not be an issue",so it would be nice to hear some solid opinions.

    Is there a lift that is within the same ball park as OME,as far as 'true quality',and not jeopardizing the integrity of the drive line/suspension down the road,and within the same price range? I am tempted to pull the trigger on one of these 2, since I really don't want to wait for OME to correct the 2016 issues...although I will if nothing is 'as good'? Input would be appreciated.

    3" lift, goodyear wrangler duratracs 285/70r17, k&n filter, bakflip vp tonneau and tint.
    He rubbed he had to trim the inner fender.

    I have 3/2 and when I stuff the front I had a little rubbing. So I trimmed it back just a bit.

    Mine rubbed at full turn when compress so a little trimming was needed. I used the toyotech coilovers. I'm going to do the UCAs as soon as I can get a new front bumper around February.
