    I used a friends Snap-On flare wrenches and double wrenched on all fittings and got lucky. I'm pretty sure I hit everything with PB Blaster the night before but it's been a while. Quality tools make a difference, especially with "specialty" tools.

    I ended up having to cut the nut off, get net nuts, install and then reflare them. A bitchhhhhhh.

    That sucks big time. :( I read up on that as a second to worst case option. Toyota uses 3/16 tubing, double flare on the lines and and 10mm x M1.00 thread fittings.

    If I was restoring a vehicle or something where it was cost effective, I think I'd do it.

    I know that feeling iv had many many over the yrs be that hard and very few times did I ever have to cut and reflare unless I twisted them off by not holding the bottom good and tight. good luck

    Note that this is a best case scenario, doing it on a bench, doing it upside down with brake fluid dripping on you makes it MUCH more challenging. It was one on the more frustrating challenging things I have done on my truck.
