While you were gone we all drank the juice and now we are all exclusive cross fitters. Even started a club, The Tacoma Critters. We meet once a week and take pictures of ourselves that look exactly like the pictures from one week earlier but then we post them on facebook and get hundreds of likes for just trying.

    Wack is back

Blue tooth head phones are where it's at

People at my gym all the time. there was a guy who was actually asked to "wear clothes" because he would pretty much come in super short spandex shorts, and a super tight tank top. after a bunch of complaints his attire got noped pretty dang fast.

what was he doing^? shrugs or something?

Some of us decided to go to planet fitness while Sack was gone, too. I was tired of the gymtimidation by all the guys in the gym bigger than me (which is basically everyone)

Yep. Shrugs. Then he went and did leg press. It was like a train wreck.

I found some beats knock off on Amazon for $40 with black friday deals. I have had other ones but the designs were flawed and made using them either annoying or you looked like a jack ass with huge earbuds sticking out of your ears.

I am in the middle of a long slow cut where I change calories + or - 20% from my 500 calorie deficit depending on if it is a lifting day or not. I have been sick all week and therefore have not lifted.....meaning I have actually been 700-800 calories below maintenance every day. Should I up calories/carbs to help aid in getting over this sickness or possible have one reefeed day?

EAT! Your body needs to fight. What's more important? A stupid cut or your health?

You are right. Cheeseburgers and milk shakes it is.

I was more interested to hear if you think that more food needs to be supplied to the body during sickness or if it mainly depends on vitamin/nutrient intake and rest.

When I got sick during my cut last summer I ate around maintenance until I felt better then I went on a deficit again.
