I ended up buying some AVS in channel visors for my truck, and figured this could be my last weekend to install. It is going to be a high of mid 50 's next few days, with lows in low 40's.

AVS said they recommend above 50.

Anyone install these in similar or cooler weather with success?

I was going to get the heat blasting with the windows slightly cracked which will warm up the channels, then i can garage it if rains are going to come.

Heat is good for them softening up after install with windows UP which will help them form ever so slightly to the contours......... They will always rub a little on the window but I dont see temps having anything to do with actual INSTALL.

I have EGR in channels. They recommend installing them when the temp is above 50 as well. The fronts don't have tape and the rears do. I installed them last week when it was 51 degrees and had no issues. I did leave the back windows up for a few days just to make sure the tape stuck.
