    That real estate mkt was crazy, the last house we lived in, bought for 235 i think, needed a lot of work, put 20 into it, and 9 mos later sold it for 400k, in 2 days, that was above asking by 5k. We really could not beleive it, crazy market. Sold, moved in oct 2005, and that market began to tank within months of us leaving. I think the hurricane that became katrina wiped that place out too, ft. Laud / miami
