    Houston is actually good if you think about it. 2 major loops, then "spurs" going in each direction you need to go.

    Houston isn't bad, just avoid I-45 from 7AM - 7PM .. and avoid I-10 / 610 altogether.

    Cost of living is similar to Houston. Depends on the area. There is a place for every budget. Night life is endless. Clubs, bars, breweries, running trails, car scene is decent, and sports. Stars and Maverics are both at the American Airlines center. Rangers and Cowboys are 30 min drive down the highway.
