Well i jumped feet first into the fire last night...Traded in my 08 Tundra Crewmax for a 05' TRD Sport Access Cab, 6spd manual... she has only got 58k on her Indigo Ink...Will post some pics later on...She has got a couple very minor scratches here and there but oh well it is a truck...Overall very clean..inside and out. Gray interior...Bridgestone Duellers AT (not sure if these are anygood but have good tread)

Coming home last night just to ease the pressure of buying a car. I drove across the lawn and took out a few 5ft.wooden stakes the Apt complex uses in the winter to mark out the edges of the parking lots...then I threw her in 4hi and drove it in the ditch and out the other side...

Will post a few pics later on when i get home...Sun wasnt up yet this morning when i left for work.

I have a longer commute and to lower my payment, better gas milage...lower insurance...trying to save some cash these days...When i bought the Tundra i only had a 6 mile commute, now it is 70miles round trip...

Dont get me wrong that Tundra was amazing i loved it...TRD fully loaded 5.7...but i didnt need all that truck right now.

I hear ya about the Tundra, IMO they just went way too big on the new body style. When I bought my Tacoma I really thought long and hard about getting a 07 low mile tundra. In the end I'm glad I stuck with the Tacoma.

Don't get me wrong...If i had the Tacoma payment on my tundra i would have kept it...Lucky for me i didnt really have an inequity to roll into my taco so payments are about $200 less each month.

If you bought the Tacoma to get better gas mileage you just might of made a mistake. I've heard some here say you get better gas mileage with the V8 Tundra than you do with the V6 Tacoma. My V6 Tacoma is a gas hog in my opinon (14.5 mpg), I'm constantly pulling into the gas station. Hope you have better luck with mpg than I do.

Mine is all interstate 70 mph highway driving also....14.5 mpg city and highway. I've checked it 3 different times, same everytime even when using different brands 89 octane gas. I have an aFe Pro Dry filter, tire pressure is right, just don't know what to do to get any better mileage.
