I've seen enough photos of 265/75/16s to know what I'll be buying. I actually like my stock TRD OR rims. I may black them out - plastidip probably.

So did Wet Okole add the "TRD" branding? I couldn't find this as an option on their site.

Finally got my steps on after having issues with a thread issue on the driver side. The dealership had it taken to a body shop and they worked their magic. Took me all of 15 minutes to bolt the driver side on and now I feel complete. Shocked at how clean the truck looks in the picture, it's actually pretty filthy and hasn't been washed in weeks since we've been finally getting some rain.

Wish mine didn't have the steps, they just get in the way....had to get them they were already on the truck...other option was to wait months for another blue limited to come in.

I finished my power tailgate lock / unlock today

Just installed the AVS in channel rain guards. Good product, but noticably louder wind noise, FYI.

I'm 5'11" and they're useful for getting in the truck without having to drag my leg across the seat bolster...found myself doing a ltitle hop to get in before the install. Getting out I don't use them at all. Mostly liked the look and was stoked I put them on myself since I've never worked on cars...so baby steps for me.

How do you like the power tailgate lock? Looks interesting as a possible future project.

no I put the door lock motor in myself, not sure what the popnlock thing is, someone on that thread mentioned it, but I followed the thread about DIY'ing it with the motor from Amazon

There's a thread on it, search tail gate. Took me about 1 hour and cost me about $25 for the motor, and some wire, I had the rest of the materials handy. Honestly it's embarrassing that Toyota didn't include this as it was too cheap and too simple to install. I have my keyless entry set up to unlock all doors with the driver, so that locks / unlocks the tail gate, also the remote will, it eliminates having to use the 2nd key, another over-sight IMO by Toyota, they should have at least allowed the built in key inside the fob to work the tailgate but it does not.

I thought about it....I do like the look but the functionality isn't there. When I get out of the truck, they don't stick out far enough to reach with my foot, and so my calf hits it every time.

Not yet, but I am considering it along with a winch bumper.

I pulled a Jeep Rubicon and a Ford F250 out of the snow today up on Coal Bank pass. I did not get any pics (definitely will next time) but I can tell you that the Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac is an excellent snow tire. I did replace the center caps on my MB TKO Wheels for $50. The first pics are the new optional caps and the last pic is of the standard caps.IMG_0371.jpg IMG_0370.jpgIMG_0369.jpg IMG_0311 (1).jpg
