    There's a Navy Base there and I believe that's where my Mom goes to take the ferry to Seattle. She's about 30 minutes outside of there in a tiny town on the Hood Canal. It's nothing spectacular but my Mom loves to live in the middle of nowhere. She used to live 30 minutes outside of 100 Mile House in Deka Lake.
