He wants to trade straight up for my 2006 DC SR5 Prerunner Auto Desert Sand Mica. It has 49.7k, tow, all power options. Not TRD. I really like the DC and auto, but love the miles, longer bed and TRD off road locking rear...I am torn as to which to decide on. I am looking for the truck to keep for a long, long time. BTW, I have no kids, just two small dogs. The DC is really nice, but at least the AC has rear doors...help me decide!!

Epoxy Satoshi; Redline Hood Struts. 4x Mil Spec. bed D rings; Brute Force Fab custom DCLB Hybrid Sliders, ARB w/ Warn M8000 wench, Diff Breather mod, Alpine Deck w/ ipod cable. Iphone ziptie to rearview mirror 4wd-cam mod!
If I didnt have Kiddos to worry about i would have gone with an access cab. I dont like the short bed...Thus I ended up with a DC LB. I was able to get the trd package by getting a used truck, and saved @ 8g's. (depreciation) besides 2007 is plenty new (to me.... my other Toy is a '91 beater!!)
So that other truck sounds like a deal except.... no 4wd just doesnt make sense to me..especially in NM... (but i Dont live in 'Burque) Like the manual tranny, TRD OR, White, low mileage, tires tint, floormats...
but you got to wonder about someone trying to ditch their truck... Poco shady...He must really want a DC.!?

    I looked up your links...you put in 295,000 miles for the 05, not 29,500. That's why the difference...plus, mine is not a 4wd, it's a Prerunner also.

I didn't really want to trade initially...this just came up out of the blue when the other guy wanted a DC and had his for sale...

I've pretty much decided that the DC and auto are definitely worth keeping. The TRD and low miles on the 05 are nice, but I got the auto and DC because I wanted them specifically, and don't really want to give them up. I don't really off-road my Tacoma, so it's limited slip differential is plenty for what I use it for. Thanks for all the responses.

NewMexiTaco, you are absolutely dead on...cab space at this point in life is definitely a strong argument.

If I want to off-road, that's what my Jeep Rubicon is for.
