    I spent 2 hours with a buffer "unscratching" the left side after yesterdays trip to Blue Holler ORP. After I washed the truck, it looked like I'd hung it in a barbed wire fence. Buffed out just fine. Fortunately, Toyota uses a nice thick layer of clear coat on metallic paint finishes.

    Note to self; NEXT TIME, stay the hell away from tree limbs on slick off camber hillsides.

    Installed a new Pioneer double din and didn't like the way the USB cord dangled under the dash on the floor. So I tucked it back under the lower dash and cut a 7/8" hole with a 5/8" rubber grommet. I really like how this came together.

    Those are Redline. As far as I know they are the only ones we can get. But I may be wrong. I got them right from Redline directly(don't know if they are cheaper elsewhere). The only thing I don't like is drilling and riveting my hood. But it wasn't as bad as I thought. And the rivets are solid. Love closing my hood now. No more letting it drop to slam shut.
