Front bilstein 5100 with OME 884 w/trim pack, 17" fuel trophy wheels wrapped with 32" toyot open country m/t, bakflip fibermax tonneau cover, Avec 30" led light bar behind lower grille, marathon seat covers in max 5 camo pattern, trimmed front and rear mud flaps, more to come.

There is def the no headache with having the dealer do the work but lot more money. But if you have a reputable company do the install for cheaper that might help to instead of having the battle of doing it yourself and then dealing with a warranty issue

You are right. One thing they forgot was to adjust the height on my headlights, which really blows. I was flipped off a few times this morning over high beans.

Can someone post up their alignment specs? I think the place that aligned mine messed it up. I have a slight vibe at 50 mph that I did not have before they aligned the truck. I installed the TRD Pro, had no issues then after the alignment I had the vibe at 50. I think they have my front diff pointed too low. I feel the vibe under my feet, and it pulses. My Jeep TJ would do this if the front diff were pointed low to gain more caster. Any ideas?

    Thanks,

    Mark

I am thinking of installing the TRD Pro Kit as well, but just wondering about whether you need an AAL with it? If the front is raised 1.75 and the stock rake is 1.5, how does it get to level without doing something to the rear leafs? Thanks for any help you guys can provide. I'm looking for a mild lift and improvement over stock, and I like that its OEM.

You don't need an aal with the lift. I personally like the rake so I added a icon progressive aal to the rear and took out the overload leaf. I love the way mine sits now.

thanks, Juan. I like the rake as well, and also pull a horse trailer with mine, so maybe the AAL is a good idea too. Stock rear suspensions on Tacoma's tend to be a little anemic.

There have been a lot of guys that has had poor luck with the rear oem spring packs for sure. If you do an aal, just make sure you do a progressive aal. It's much beefier than just a single aal. I know there have been guys that have added a progressive aal pack and tow with no issues. I have also gone the full route of adding a new spring pack all together. I used a Dakar leaf pack. That's a 2.75 rears lift so you would just need to remove a leaf prior to installing.

Yes, I'd like to keep the rake no more than about 1" or close to stock. Just out of curiousity, do you happen to know what happens when you just install the TRD Pro suspension without an AAL? Does it lean back slightly from the lift in front? Thanks again.

The stock TRD Pro/ BAJA lift with no AAL will just leave your truck having a level stance. It looks good like that to, I just like the rake as to why I added the lift in the rear.

Here is mine but I have 884 with 5100's up front and no lift in back but I also have a sport. Hope this helps a little. Oh also on OEM UCA's.

Ya the numbers 1.75 usually will put ur truck almost at level with the front sitting a little and I mean just a tad higher without an AAL. You will not be able to tell unless you got a tape measure out and checked. Mine maybe sits a 1/4" or less higher in the front but light I said you can't really notice unless you have super human level eyes hahaha
