We mainly do RCD drop bracket kits. But if you see a different brand that you are interested in just let me know and I can see what we can do on it for you.

 

Zone or RC makes them. Then you can trim fenders and roll 35s easy.

 

RCD has a 4.5" DB lift

all i need is a 4" to keep the hight im at now when i go 4wd and still be able to clear 37

 

to stay the same hight when i go 4wd convert im running maxtrac spindles plus 3" billy 5100

I'll soon be a 6" drop bracket with 886's, billy's & some kind of UCA. Waiting on my check to come in so I can call Marie @HeadStrong Off-Road .

 

A lot of steps....lots of little pieces.....10 minutes of welding (for new turn stops), tearing down the stock coils and reassembly with a spacer and cutting out the crossmember. All together it took me & my cousin about 16 hours over a weekend. But 4WP wanted about $1000 for an install so I'm glad I did it myself.

I hear you. One present I got my wife was 1400$..

 

I have played with stick welding & wire guided but my cousin is a pro......and he's been an auto mechanic for about 25 years. I leave the real stuff to him. With Adams background he won't have any problems with the drop bracket install. And being a Prerunner, he won't have to cut a cross member 'cause there is no front drive shaft.

 

Oh yeah....I forgot about that conversion. I'd have to look cause I can't remember but I think you're right. The new cross member the kit supplies bolts to what's left of the factory cross member and actually makes it much stronger than stock.
