    Is that even legal?

I see rear lights and flags, so yeah that's legal.

Yeah, that wouldn't have been good, but I made it back to the shop without incident. I also stayed off the freeway. :D

Have thirteen 80" pieces of 2" sq .120 wall tubing (265lbs) on the roof rack right now being centered with my ghetto brackets I made last week. Works exactly how I imagined it, not a damn thing moving. Trailer is in the works though, way easier to use that.

Please let me know. I'd like to get my suspension on. Hopefully mine will just be a bolt on application (everything is assembled). No idea how long it would take or even what all is involved. I've got Bilstein w/ Eibach for the front and an AAL w/ Bilstein for the rear. Oh, and I wont show up empty handed. ha.

The process is really simple and goes quickly providing you have the proper tools and your bolts aren't rusty. I HIGHLY recommend watching some youtube videos of how to install front coilovers and rear shocks / AAL (forgot if you are just doing front or front and rear); notice in the videos all the fasteners that get wrenched... take some kroil oil or liquid wrench and start spraying those fasteners once a week until we work on your truck, then we won't be held up by any nasty rusty bolts.

That is my personal favorite, although I'm currently out of used trans fluid... that'll change this spring.

I do this over top the weeds in my yard that enjoy growing off my well water; gets down in the roots and kills them... my stomach sure does hurt though whenever I drink the tap water. :puke:

granted I may go through some
granted I may go through gallons of the stuff when I dive into the Fiero, but since the truck and household items don't needit very frequently, I just grabed a quart of it at the autoparts store a year ago and still have plenty left. however, acetone is hydrophilic, so after a year in the oil squirter, it's problably time to mix up a new batch with fresh acetone.

I've got 6 quarts of fresh WC TF sitting on the shelf, but I'm a big fan of re-purposing so I like to use the old stuff.

I don't follow, acetone is hydrophilic but you only have oil and acetone in a closed container, right?? No reaction should be happening other than the oil naturally wanting to separate??

it's a closed container, but it's far from air tight, so with the constant heating and cooling of my garage, the temperature change will draw in and force out fresh air, containing moisture. similar to why you have to add a stabilizer to fuel when you let it sit for a few months. the temperature change is apparent when I look at the plastic fuel can and plastic jug full of fry oil sitting in the corner. constantly expanding and contracting when I turn on and off the ac/heat in the garage.

Now I understand! I'm super anal-retentive about keeping all my used oil jars and sprayers inside zip-lock (thus no moisture) bags after cleaning up a spill a few years ago... the stain still laughs at me.
