    lol, Yeah I believe they are starting him off as a designer. Ruffle his feathers at least once. lol
    But really, he has a good head on his shoulders and he is super excited to start working.

    What degree did he graduate with? I'm glad that he's excited to start his career.

    Be sure you give him the advice that this place is a starting point and that as soon as oil and gas rebounds he needs to GTFO.

    I'm just saying that he'll be stuck if he stays here too long. There isn't much real engineering to be done.

    If he ends up loving the work, fine. But if he's actually wanting to put that degree to use he'll need to go somewhere else.
