But I got mine for FREE (thank you Firestone Farm Tires) :D:D:D

On a serious note, if I had paid full price for my Yeti's I wouldn't probably be as happy with them lol

I've got a sub z 20 cooler. Picked it up at bass pro over the summer. It looks about like a yeti 20 but it's 100$ cheaper and it has a cushion on top. It has worked very well for meImageUploadedByTapatalk1447888933.504249.jpg

No matter your opinion on the Yeti coolers, their Rambler tumblers are the bomb. Just bought the third one of the family this evening. The Rambler is worth the $30 for sure.

I just got a Grizzly 60 and I gotta say that I love it. This thread helped me narrow down my choice.
I wanted a good, quality cooler but I didn't want to over spend. Grizzly seemed to offer the best for the best price.

The cooler does need to be precooled and everything going in needs to be cold or frozen prior.
I'm so happy knowing that while on trips, I'll never have to keep running to get ice multiple times ever again!!!!

Forgot to post this in here. Looking forward to giving it a go. Very rugged build and tons of interior space. Definitely going to be an improvement over basic tailgate cooler.

Added a Yeti Tundra 65 to complement my Roadie today. Will be great for camping next summer, and I still have time to head out for alternative whitetail season (muzzleloader or center fire pistol) so there's still hope for a quartered doe or two. Now off to the hardware store for a length of serious chain and a good padlock.

I have a white YETI 20, a Rambler and 2 of the can thingys - I use it a lot for beach trips and parties/family outings when I bring meats and/or drinks.

wow totally forgot about this thread

    OK, so the RTIC

We had heavy flooding back in Oct, so I threw the cooler in the backseat of my patrol car and filled it with bottled water and then threw maybe a 3 lb bag of ice on top of the bottles. The ice melted fairly quick, there was only maybe a small fist size chunk of ice the next day but the water was super cold. I opened it a LOT though during that time though because I was handing out bottles to whoever needed a clean drink

With that being said, it SEEMS well built and rugged, but it's been in my garage for the past month because it's been too cold to be going out on the boat or anything but not cold enough for a proper bonfire in the woods...soo haven't been able to test it outside of that

I'd buy it again for sure though over a real Yeti
