beautiful! yeah i didnt see the description on my phone for some reason. looking at them now in the computer and they look like exactly what im looking for. thanks again. ill post up a picture of the light bar and hopefully youll be able to help determine if they will work with it or not.

do the brackets come with nylon spacers or anything to go between the roof and gutter? or do they pinch down on the gutter.

So none of you have had problems with dually's on the hood hinge mounts? Finally got mine on and passenger side hits the wiper when opening the hood, have to stop the wipers in the up position before opening the hood. Any way to avoid this?

Mine do the same thing. I'm just careful when I raise the hood.

I seen where you guys posted problems with the clearance of the RI D2s on these brackets. I put a set on my 2013 and had some clearance problems. The D2 on the passenger side hit the wiper when the hood was opened as you have stated. Also the D2 on the driver side was being hit when I turned on the wipers.

I solved the problem by placing a 1/2" nylon bushing between the D2 bracket and hood bracket. The 1/2' nylon bushing raised the D2 enough to miss the passenger wiper when the hood was open. It also allowed me to move the driver side D2 to the left more not hitting the hood with the D2 mounting bracket. Now the driver side wiper has enough room to go all the way left without hitting the D2 mounting bracket when on.

I picked up the two bushing at Lowes for less than 3 dollars. They are white and you want to paint them black before putting them on your vehicle. I left them white and should have painted them.

I used blue treadlock on the D2 nuts because the bolt thread is just at the end of the nut. The treadlock stopped the nut from coming lose when adjusting the D2s to the right or left for night driving.

    This is what I done.

Are the 4" and 8" rise on the bed bars is measured from the bed caps to the top of the bed Bars? Or the bottom part of the tube?

    Cheers

Any chance your headache rack would work with my soft cover installed (see below)?

I'm quite confident that it would.
    • Is the bed side cap steel somewhat as thick as the stock plastic cap?
    • Is the rack sitting on the front side cap of the bed, as well?
      • If not, that's a good sign.
    • Are there spacers between the steel bed cap and the bed at the mounting points?
    • Would you be able to post pics of the front corners where the rack meets the bed?
    • If we somehow find out that I can use the rack with the soft cover,
      • do you ship the whole rack?
