Awesome pics of your beautiful family Fernando!

to add to the winch convo, you pretty much HAVE to run a hawse style with a synthetic line, the smooth edges of the hawse won't mess up the syn line like a roller would. That being said you shouldn't really run a hawse with steel line as they are usually aluminum and it will just get eaten up and create burrs from the steel line. Theres no reason not to re locate the control box, as long as the cables are not stretched its no biggie, I moved mine to below the passenger headlight to avoid cutting the grille. Like you said though grilles are cheap online! Get some 1.5'' fly stock steel or aluminum from the hardware store and you can make some simple brackets with a hammer and hack saw, doesn't need to be fancy!

This is what I was trying to tell him. But he cut that shit up. Doesn't look to bad though. I was surprised to see it looked way better then I imaged. And he pulled me out of the ditch with it

Hey man I think it looks just fine, steel cable works just fine too! Ask me how many times I've used my winch other than for some creative around the house chores lol.

You use your truck, that's what matters bro!

the only thing keeping me from a soft top would be the security factor
