    if you live in california, you should be ok,, as far as Amazon i bought mine on amazon, i have prime also, after 4 months they rusted and paint came off,, contacted amazon, after 2 emails i got full refund, told me to keep them,,i took them off and sold them for 100.00,, i buy everything from amazon, and i buy alot of stuff..
