that's a good idea. I keep the oil squirter full of the home brew bolt breaker on a metal tin, because when it heats up, the pressure pushes fluid out the nozzle. I've got a nice "ATF red" ring stained into the top of my work bench from that little lesson.

@Bawlmore & @Mobtown Offroad I've got plenty of PB in the tool box. I should get under there and check, but it shouldn't be bad considering it is a 15. And yes, I'd like to do front and rear.

Made the 61 mile trip home with no issues. Brackets were the best idea I've ever accidently had.

Haha, I have and 28' fiberglass extension ladder that I'm dying for a reason to throw up there.

Btw, came across a KILLER deal on a truck tonight. Uncle was going to trade it in, I offered him what they offered instead. 2000 GMC Sierra, 5.3L V8, two wheel drive, extended cab short bed, tow package, 98k miles, $4k! Truck has been in the garage since he bought it new, has never trailered anything with it, powder coat is still in the receiver, Rhino lined bed, magnaflow 3" dual exhaust. Black with chrome, loaded. Truck looks brand new still. He drove it to/from work and nowhere else. I'm almost certain he has never used the bed, the liner is still shiny.

Any of you fine modern gentlemen have a long bed and want a Bestop Supertop? I have a gently used one that I took off my truck that is just sitting. At this point I am willing to give it away to a local person before it gets ruined.

I will take it if it fits my truck. If it for some reason doesn't fit my truck I will either return it to you or relist it here for free to someone that can use it.

If it fits I have to give you something for it. I can't take something for nothing.

luckily brakes are cheap. also, lucky that the autoparts store had stuff in stock, since a brake pad literally blew itself to pieces. the washer on the other hand :goingcrazy: big fan of buying nice, quality stuff, so you only have to buy it once, but hot damn, I did not expect that kind of price tag on a "nice" washing machine

Trued the bolt, lapped the lugs, lapped the rings, pillar bedded, skim bedded, tuned the trigger, and re-torqued everything to custom specs... and it's been sitting in my office for the past 30 days staring at me. Who wants to go to the range; or if you have a long backyard I'll buy you a lot of beer??
