Especially high contrast. I like the grey trucks with black or even a darker or lighter grey. Or white with a matte white..? super subtle but it's there. IDK..

    What about this source:
    http://www.topvinylfilms.com/reflective-vinyl/
    http://www.topvinylfilms.com/reflective-vinyl/reflective-vinyl/

They claim they are good for 7-years....

Black reflective might be interesting on a white truck :)
    And I'd probably order some.

    Awesome!
Don't have my truck yet, but I'm buying things now so they can be put on when it arrives. Helps with the waiting :).

I know the feeling. Fortunately for me I had a very short wait for mine.

I've ordered the reflective black and will let you know when it is ready to order. It should be about a week or so.

Rrentrop....I just got some of your vinyls in the mail. Stupid question on your instructions....

Why is it important to use masking tape to lift off the decals?

Concern about finger contaminating the adhesive?

Not real familiar with applying vinyl.....appreciate the feedback.

    Thanks.

The message I got from him on ebay indicated some people have reported issues removing the letters from the backing paper and that the tape would help. I haven't tried them yet. Hoping for some good weather.

Some users have had issues peeling the very thin (but extremely durable) vinyl from the paper. The tape helps to lift the vinyl away cleanly, but isn't absolutely necessary to use if you are able to separate the vinyl with your fingers.

I like the black matt on the Infernos...especially if the badges are blacked out...just my opinion, and future plans

Mine are installed. Took longer finding an empty spray bottle to make up the soap solution than it did putting them on. I sprayed the back of the letters along with the letter depressions, and had about 15 seconds of play before the letter started setting up in place. Once it did, it wasn't moving.

    Before...

    And after.

    Love it!

I have a quicksand OR, and was thinking what color other than black might look good? Any thoughts or suggestions? With the black fenders on the OR, black may be the only color that would look good.

Any dark color would look good, but I think a deep olive drab tinged with gray could have some potential. Matte black would be the most logical choice because of fender flares.

How about some stainless steel letters? I think these would look sweet on our black trucks.

I just looked at the site the OP posted for colors, I like that anthracite.
