Finally a good road trip to test out the new rear end suspension and new shocks. (TSB)

I'm driving with my girlfriend from Northern California (humboldt County) to Ensenadas in Baja. Should be a 1,500 mile trip at least. Can't wait.

Hopefully I can get some off road time in as well...

Sounds like fun.. make sure not to put all your cash in one place. I hide it in a few places and then put keep like a 20 in my pocket in case, for mordida. Have fun!

Thanks, good advice. I think I might try to find a good hiding place on the truck for a couple bills.

bigguy78619 don't forget that mexican auto insurance. Remember guilty until proven innocent, good ol' Napoleon. You have to prove you can pay for damages or it's off to a dusty jail cell.

Hahah oh I forgot to factor in the "cost of living" increases since I was last down there.

    be careful
dont give them money just take the ticket, make your girl hold the cash or hide it somewhere like under the back seats or tape it under the front seats until u get to ensenada...stay on the scenic road (toll road) its better to pay and enjoy the pacific cuz ull be riding along side of it...after u pass rosartio there are dunes after the fox baja studios...also stop at puerto nuevo for some sea food (bottom left hand corner) ortegas the best sea food, kinda pricey but hey ur taking a road trip spend some money...also dont do anything stupid to attract extra attention to your self...i feel sketchy with me and my gf but since i have family all over rosarito its a alittle relief...

and just because ur an american citizen it doesnt mean you have rights down there...since all the shit thats going down with the cartels its not only cops its the military groups checking people...long story short...my moms friend went to a bar in mexico punched a cop got shot he was sent to a plastic surgeon and sent back to the u.s with no trace of a gun shot...its crazy down there...

if ur windows r tinted theyll strip it infront of you
