    I know this is probably not doable, but is there any way we can get push notifications on our phones for alerts in this forum? I feel like there would have to be a tacoma world app to do that though. @tcBob

    Push notifications is in the works for iPhone/iPad, Android and desktop browsers...major browsers recently added solid support for it.

    Yes we are.

    And for the notifications, the original plan was to give everyone the option of receiving a text message when they had a new alert. But browser notifications matured so that'll be the next route. Even facebook uses browser notifications now, which is a good sign.
