    Did you phone the dealer on this one?

    I already have the parts (ECGS bushing and tool), but if my CV is toast, than I'll have them do it first. I'll call tomorrow and post response.

    I didn't mean to imply that I'm having that issue, just gave it as an example of a TSB. I'm definitely interested to hear how it goes for you though.

    Usually if there is a TSB in the U.S, there will be one for the Canadian vehicle as well although this is not always the case.

    Canadian and US vehicles are not always 100 identical and Toyota USA and Toyota Canada operate as separate entities.

    We're looking at buying a Tacoma that was purchased in the US and immediately driven back to BC to be registered. I was told that it will be treated as though it is a Canadian car in terms of TSB's issued. Is this true and should we worry about being able to have it serviced if there are any that apply? They advised us that they checked the VIN and the recent TSB regarding the rear leaf springs does not apply to the 08 we are looking at.
