Haven't had any problems at all and I've looked for what people have mentioned about vibrations and the hood. Truck was delivered 10/2 now it has 2100 miles on the odometer. Here we also have more than some "slight grades" and it'll down shift into 5th on the highway and next thing I know I'm at 2800 RPM's and I'm passing people up the grades at 75mph with ease.

No Problems with my Taco. Only a couple fixable things.

The jbl system shaked the wire connection underneath the front passenger seat loose so that they were rattling against something..just pushed the connection back into place. The other issue, My passenger rear seat was not locking in; Turned out to be the mechanism was stuck open and i had to pull it out and let it snap back into place.

My auto is getting better as it breaks in. More responsive without the ect and when I put on ect button it just pull nice and strong uphills.... If you really want to see what truck can do start the S/Sport mode in 1st gear and shift up at 4-5k every shift with ect on...you'll have to slow down after 3rd gear.

this really is what it is....us folks who have been going to forums for decades are accustomed to this, people who have problems are 1000% louder then those that don't...and that's what forums do is give a place that people with issues can talk / research, discuss reasons for their problems.

I have had several issues already...it's just what it is.

Haha I knew I would get a butthurt post from someone. Just look at the first 20 or so threads. A solid chunk are problem-related. Just noticing a trend is all. Please don't take this as an insult like DCSBFTMFW did, just noticed a lot of problems is all.

    Learn how to read, Jon.

I wasn't talking to you, or mentioning anything to do with your thread or your thread topic.

    But thanks for playing.

I don't know what kind of high horse these people think they are on, but it would just be better if they did everyone a favor and stopped talking entirely.

The only one I know who got turned down for financing a 2016 was @jberry813, so I'm not really sure why it's suggested so often that a $35k midsize truck from an entry/mid level brand like Toyota is so unattainable.

Can't believe the idiocy in that logic, in a time where 7 year financing is "normal," and the average new car price is exactly what the 2016 costs. Fuckery at it's lowest and finest level.

Don't forget to mention how much you got paid in the time that it took to write it out, just for giggles.

I get what you're saying. Some have dismissed your comments about the problems, but none the less, the problems are being posted for all to see, and others will form their own opinion.

The ones that are killing me are those that state "I have 600 miles on mine and zero issues". Come back and brag when you have 60,000 with zero issues.

Okay, sorry for starting this shit-throwing contest. Moderator, feel free to take down! lol.

For the record, I am not anti-3rd gen. I still like them, especially when I see them in person. I was just let down by the lethargic engine with the auto. I'd love a manual.

Let me just say, that you didn't start anything, other than this thread. No reason at all to take down the thread.

No dont take it down, better lets ask @TacoBella for financial advise so we can all afford those lifted minivans.
I want one with orange dash and door interior. That way I can put my Hello kitty, Apple and Peace stickers on.. :D
Also will my Honda Civic exhaust fit and how it will sound ?
