    The measurement needs to be from flange to flange while the truck is at ride height.

    That is if you want to go with a one piece driveshaft, could get a two piece driveshaft made as well but I would would have to contact them about how it would need to be measured.

    Yup, and they can add an extra long slip as well. Had them do it on my last XJ and never had any issues and I beat the poo out of that Jeep. LOL I should be able to get a ballpark from them, but we wont know an exact price until we have the actual dimensions of your truck once you have the t case in and the truck on all fours. Lift changes necessary shaft length, every truck is going to be different.
