I wonder if this is how they gauge their production rates. Do you work for Toyota :drevil:

1st choice; TRD Off Road Access Cab manual transmission.... oops not available!
2nd choice; SR5 Access Cab V6 manual transmission... not available either.
3rd Choice; wait a year to see if Toyota offers either one, or for the new Frontier Pro 4X.

No way. We are a very small sample of the Tacoma buying population. We are also enthusiasts who care which model we get. A few of us want the SR but most of us want Sport or Off Road. Many Tacoma buyers just go to a few dealerships and buy what's there or what's prettiest.

We are a biased sample of the population

TRDORAC, I am assuming ACs are being counted as long beds.

I placed my order with deposit at that same date +/-. Was told then and there build date to be 12/17 with a 6 week shipping duration.
Only contacts I've had were initiated by me, them saying those dates still stand. So delivery should be sometime between the end of December and end of January 2016. I shall not make any more calls. (Funny thing, the sales mgr told me that the sales rep is/was supposed to make occasional status update calls to their clients. )

There needs to be an option in the poll for MT or AT. It would be interesting to see the preference here.

My #1 choice is not offered: TRD OR MT AC :(
So I'm going with the next best thing: TRD Sport MT AC.
