hmmm ok. I was looking at the customer photos on your website and the lettering looked different from the 12-15 lettering. Are they different or is it just me. An that being said does the 12-15 lettering fit nicely in 05-11 grilles?

 

The lettering has changed some over the years, and some of the pics are of lettering from different places. The 05-11 (which also works on 01-04 also) lettering is currently about 3" tall and a very tight fit. The 12-15 (which also works on the 2016) lettering is a bit taller and would not properly fit in the 05-11 area.

 

That's possible. Would just to pick a font, and a color and I can scale it up to fit.

 

Either of these fonts. If you were able to get close to the writing on the tank, that'd be interesting to see. Would want letters in super white. If you went with the font from the poster, maybe adding in the gaps in the letters would be cool?

 

If you can get the font file, I can likely make it.

 

ok, are all the font styles the same now? Because i prefer the font on the 12-15s pictures. so as long as they're the same and just smaller that works for me

 

This is the current font that is being stocked. Gloss and flat black colors are readily available in this font, custom colors are available upon request. Custom painted versions shown here to make them more visible. Technically, since these pictures were taken I've widened the A a little bit and narrowed the C & O but the difference is almost indistinguishable.

If you have a different font you prefer, I can cut and paint it but I will need the font file provided (or font name if it's a basic windows/mac font).

 

yup thats the font I want. I'm looking into all my options right now.I was in an accident and my one auxillary light went back into my grillcraft insert so it needs to be changed. Deciding wether to go with grillecraft again or something else, but definitely like the look of the lettering

 

It took me a while to get the angle blocks put on.

Here they are both at the same time.


They are floods, not spots. I can see them being useful if I am wheelin in the woods at night or lighting up an area with my truck but they aren't meant for distance.

Those are plastic, it's an OEM piece off an older model.

 

Update on this blue bezel. I got some installed pics this afternoon of it:

 

Finished up a Quicksand letter set today. Seems to be a hard color to photograph inside with our lighting but it matches the paint code and sample we have. This is one of the new letter sets with the slightly wider A and slightly narrower other letters so they are overall a more consistent size.

Yes-ish. I have precut mesh pieces that'll fit varying depths of Satoshi style installs on my website. Currently I don't have a pre-made full replacement option, only the mesh piece.
