On my truck I think only color matched or chrome looks good since I already have a black insert. I like the contrast. I do agree that silver/white are all nice with chrome.

x2....Black with chrome grille, I like the heavily modified look while still keeping factory parts. Plus.....it matches my horns

This warm December weather is definitely laying out for a longer 2016 wheeling season.

You'll see it soon enough @Rausch with the improved trailer in tow.

Thanks! The cost of all the repairs and upgrades have my wallet slim so i think i'll get through the winter and look at upgrading the front suspension to OME as well as dakar leafs in the back to complement the 60062's in the back i already have. Then next tire change out i'll plan on switching wheel set ups. minor project over the weekend will probably be a Uniden CB install. Also need to swap out the carrier bearing and u-joints. This is all assuming nothing goes wrong or needs a repair in the next 6 months...:fingerscrossed:

Truth. Though I have no idea how long it will take for Toyota to get my parts for the new frame so I have no idea when J0hnny 5 will be back up and ready to wheel.

    Reserected from the dead.

That white piece in the back if the plug is a lever. It prys the plug out if the socket.

I'm not sure, but it looks like you have some corroded post in the socket .

Is this an air bag circuit?

Well yeah but I think the frame is bent and everything I already have a buyer for the motor too! And I wouldn't be able to take my bumper or lift or anything off of it if I didn't buy it back and I don't want to buy new lift and what not lol! All I need is new rear shocks!

Who runs CO2 here? Just trying to get an idea of it. Seems its better/easier for airing up tires. Won't be getting air lockers for a while anyways

Run it and love it. Much faster than compressors or air tanks. Takes about 45 seconds to fill my 33's from 12psi to 32psi IIRC.

    Tons of us run C02.

There are pros/cons to everything. I enjoy having it for super fast airing up and being able to use air tools on the trail. However, you have to make sure you have enough before you go out.

I have two tanks, one for the truck and one for the garage. Don't have the room for a compressor, plus it would be to loud at night, might wake the kids.
