    I keep getting this message when i log on to paypal, and when i click on any other other links in the paypal website, I'm immediately sent back to to this page.

    Protecting the security of your PayPal account is our primary concern, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."

    Does it sound legit? Or has paypal been hacked? Wtf?

    They want me to re-confirm my credit card number, bank account number, AND my paypal debit card number..

    Sounds like you have a trojan thats sending you to an outside site when you click on paypal site stuff and trying to steal your info. definitely call them.

    They said someone tried to access my paypal account from a computer that wasn't mine. They were unsuccessful.
