How do you like your CVT? T4R is having a Group buy for them, discount not disclosed. I have always been told to get a Tepui, just wondering your thoughts.

LOVE IT! I've seen one Tepui in person and to be honest they do look a lot alike, similar materials and all. The one big difference is the travel cover - the CVT one is much heavier and I can see it lasting a lot longer and holding up to more abuse than the Tepui. And CVT includes the annex with all tents, Tepui only includes it with some models so while the tents may appear to be priced the same they're really not. I would recommend getting the annex, its handy to have for a lot of different reasons. I mainly use mine as a bug shelter.
It basically comes down to what color you want and whats more convenient for you to order/ship/pick up. I love CVT and Bobby has always been super helpful, no complaints from me!

Happy to help if I can. I've had my tent for 3 summers now, spent close to 100 nights up there so far! Bobby @Cascadia Tents is a member here too, I'm sure he'd be happy to answer whatever questions you have.

That is a lot of nights spent in the tent. After my lift/tires/armor it will be time for the camping stuff to be done. I haven't heard much about CVT tents, but I like that they come with the Annex. That is a huge huge plus in my book.

Take it from me, you can go a lot of places in colorado without a lift and armor. Especially where you are. Now Holy Cross and Chinaman are a different story..

I know but I already have the lift, and my trip in May might include a 2WD truck. So I want the winch incase we need it.

Where are you going to mount the hi-lift?

I was looking at the Farm Jacket(Tractor Supply Hi-Lift knock off) and was trying to figure out where I would even mount it.

    How quiet is that one?
I was surprised that I can't even hear the arb running with the radio off and the windows up.
