I have to hit 2.5 scoops of the C4 to really get hit on a near empty stomach as well. I am nearly immune to caffeine though. What C4 did you see that is the newer one?

I used the Hyde before and it worked well but sucked trying to sleep after, then again I'm usually hitting my bench around 10PM

C4 works for me. I did no caffeine or stimulants for 3 months. I then started 1 scoop only on leg day once a week for 6 months. The ONLY stimulants I get are from pre, I absolutely do not drink all that shit that has caffeine and crap in it. Water, milk, orange juice. Now I do 1 scoop 2-3x a week and it works great. Preworkout won't work if you don't believe it either IMO, sounds stupid, but I'm srs.

I use to take the illegal shit, 3 scoops jack3d with 1,3 dimethy in it. Other shit with 22 GRAMS OF STIMULANTS and it worked OK. I could do 5 scoops 4 and FEEL NOTHING. It's all because you NEED to cycle off stims and get rid of them and you will be back to making them work with minimal scoopage

I track everything manually, but those are some respectable numbers!

Dude, I hate that shit. There's a guy at our gym that wears the man leggings and it's so gay looking. He seriously looks like he's wearing women's yoga pants. I do like wearing sweatpants from time to time, but they're J Crew ones and they make your legs look so good b/c they're just tight enough to show off gains, but not so tight that they make you look like a fairy and I only break them out when it's cold (these are probably the sweat pants you're making fun of lol):

Usually, I'm wearing shorts above the knee to show off my sexy quads. I love seeing the dudes who wear pants to the gym every day though cause you know their legs look like toothpicks!

But to bash on Crossfit a little, I love how you can go anywhere in public and spot a crossfitter: Reebok everything, high black socks, minimalist shoes, and, most importantly, no gains :stirthepot:

I read a thing yesterday from a fat model bashing generic models for setting the standard that skinny is sexy. While I don't agree that skinny is sexy, I damn sure don't think we need to lower the standards to make fat folks feel comfortable for being lazy slobs. The model in the article was like, "I am comfortable with my body and I don't wanna conform to being the norm in the industry" and I'm just like "shut up bitch, you're lazy and have no self control."

I thought $100 sweatpants were the norm in crossfit circles :notsure:

You sound a lot like me...all I drink is water, milk, and orange juice (plus a cup of coffee each morning). I used to cycle off pre-workouts, but I haven't been doing it lately. I might do that for a month or so now that I'm out of my Pre Jym.

I like my running tights and might start wearing them to the gym. A few guys already do it here and only 1 of which is slightly uncomfortable to look at (freakishly skinny and they actually are womens tights). Still doesn't bother me though. The other two rock them just fine. I even got approval from the GF . She still says no on my itty bitty runners . I also wear sweats a lot of the time in the gym in the winter. I pretty much only take them off if I start sweating a lot or it is leg day. Even with sweats on you can tell if someone does legs or not. THERE IS NO HIDING.

Very true. I always make it a point to wear my shortest shorts on leg day! I have noticed a lot of runners wearing man leggings, and while I don't understand it, I guess it has it's purposes. I hate when dudes do it at the gym though. Skin tight shit was not made for the male figure...leave it to the women

I think it has a lot to do with the brand/material. I have some that I wouldn't wear just because it outlines everything. Those pretty much only get used for running anyways. The ones I would wear fit well, show off the gains and hides the dick. I would look up some examples but I am on a computer in the school library and don't want to be caught looking at men in tights haha

Zachh, the 50x worked okay for me. I recently got C4 sport 30 servings $20 at walmart. Seems about the same and the price is right. I'm nowhere near you guys for numbers but my tolerance is high due to being a 2-3 2liter of soda a day drinker till last year. I only have a glass of soda on dart night and otherwise my only caffeine is BCAA.

Lol - I'm wearing reebok compressions shorts and new balance minimus today. Never done cross fit though, guess my sub conscious is trying to tell me something. I usually wear tall socks too, just not today haha

Don't give in to the temptation...all gains will be lost.

I stopped by GNC today on the way back from Atlanta and got a tub of ON and the dude said that they're doing a special where you get anything in the store half-off with a tub of ON, so I got a tub of Assault for $10!

I dunno if it's at all of them, but it'd be worth a try. This one was in the process of being reopened in a different location, so things were hectic, but I'd still go check yours out to see if it's going on.
