Here you go. I took some quick pics. of the train tracks in my sons room. We have two tracks that go around the ceiling, and two trolleys on a separate shelf below.

Very cool! I have an old lionel O gauge in the closet somewhere. It's "the Texas Special" I believe. Had it since I was a kid.

I never really cared about trains. My father, on the other hand, is a train fanatic though. He is the on who got Jude (a.k.a. Waterboy) into them. After My Dad started Jude's addiction, it spread to me. There is something about an Engine that can carry umpteen thousand pounds of whatever so far that is actually really cool. Let it be Steam or Diesel. We also live near a track here in town. We can walk down there and watch the Norfolk Southern trains ride through. I can't tell you how many squashed nickles I have.

My brother and I fished it in June, no waders, it was almost unbearable.

Some of the best fishing I have ever done though.

I believe I know what you are talking about. I have some pictures from there with the family. Never had the chance to stop and fish though. That is a good 2 hours from me.

 

I know exactly the campground and creek. I had to detour thru there a few years back when I was headed home to indiana. When the big rock slide was on 40 and it was shut down.
Had to go thru maggie valley, cherokee and follwed a dirt road next to a creek and then to the Visitors entrance where the elk were. Went thru the mountains and came out near pigeon forge somewhere.
