I have the steel stock oem wheels on my truck. Will the tpms sensors I have now work on these 17" alloy wheels? ? Did you guys all order from Olathe Toyota to get this deal?

I really wanna order a set just wanna make sure I get the right sensors if I need them. Also will my stock lugnuts on my 16" wheels work with these wheels?

If your current stock wheels are steel you will need new lugs and TPMS sensors. You cannot use hard steel lugs on soft aluminum wheels. Also the alloys and steels use two different sensors, I believe there's a different angle required, though unsure of the degrees.

To answer your questions.... used the same OEM sensors that came with my 2016 TRD OR and same lug nuts as well.

Does anyone know if the stock lug nuts are
Mag style or a 60 Degree Conical Style?

Has anyone been able to retain the mud flaps using these wheels with 265/70 17s or find aftermarket mudflaps that will work? I want these wheels and want to move up a size on the tires but I'd like to keep the mud flaps.

My white 2013 TRD Sport gets a 2" OME lift on the 21st so I guess I should do it all at once and get the wheels and tires too!

I'm gonna try the Husky's if mine rub. Probably will either way actually. My "off-road" truck rubs the flaps going over speed bumps.

Yeah, I'm calling tomorrow to order them. With the different offset (4mm vs. 30mm) I wonder if that changes the numbers when doing g an alignment, I THINK alignment is off the wheel correct? Or is it off the hub?

I hate when I do this.....
I read that changing the offset out can cause more load on the outer wheel bearing so would going from 30mm to 4mm put too much weight and wear on the outer wheel bearing? These ARE factory though so is there something maybe with the back spacing that compensates for the offset change or is the intended vehicle (which isn't Tacoma) designed differently? I don't want to be eating wheel bearings up every 50,000 miles but I do like those wheels.
Sometimes I think I read too much!

After driving myself half nuts on whether these will mess up the bearings or not I figured 1 inch out can't make that much of a difference on bearing wear and if it does I own the wrong truck. I placed an order at Olathe Toyota, Brett wasn't there but a gentleman named William handled everything and total price to my door in Maryland was $745. Now to hunt tires and tpms sensors since I want to leave the stock stuff intact.

Mine shipped yesterday, should be here by next Thursday. I ordered P265/70 r17 Hankook AT-Ms that will go on them. I'll use the stock TPMS sensors off the original wheels. Yes there will be before and after pics!

They'll be fine; the increased torque on your wheel bearings will be negligible.

On a semi related note, if you increase the tire diameter slightly, these wheels will actually help restore your scrub radius.
